While data collection is essential to the system, the patient must remain the focus. Ease of use and date entry shortcuts in the Service Bridge and Field Bridge ensure that electronic data entry is faster than completing paper run forms. Creating useful information from the collected data is accomplished with the system’s sophisticated analysis and reporting tools.

 

Electronic data collection in the field as it happens is fast and easy with the EMS Field Bridge. Designed with the EMT in mind, it utilizes the pen-and-ink features of the Tablet PC operating system and the additional versatility of CAD integration and EKG import. The handwriting recognition, electronic signature capture, quick-pick lists, default data entry and the automatic narrative generation reduce data collection to just minutes per incident.

 

The EMS Service Bridge is a centralized administration tool that allows for the collection of all the incident data, with standard reports or billing submissions available at the click of a button. Maximize your efforts with reports that are run and distributed automatically. Modules for EMT certification tracking and inventory can be added. Also, the advanced DataPort technology allows for consolidation and streamlining with data exchange among multiple systems and agencies, such as billing.

 

Along with these emergency data collection solutions, ImageTrend also provides an optional applicant tracking system that allows users to easily post positions online and efficiently track candidates throughout the entire hiring process. This applicant tracking system called HireTouch centralizes information accessibility and effectively distributes information by automating the recruiting and hiring process. This enables HR departments to handle a larger, more qualified applicant pool more efficiently and also submit job postings to major job boards. The interface is user-friendly, completely automated and requires no technical skills to administer.
